I’m Very Versatile – Wendy Shay Brags
A-listed Ghanaian singer and performer Wendy Shay says when it comes to music she can do all the genres.
The singer, who is originally an Afro-pop artist indicated that she can record songs in any other genre.
Speaking on the Daybreak Hitz show on Hitz 103.9FM on Friday morning, the Rufftown Records signee said, “I’m an artist of all weather. I can do everything,”
“I really want to show my fans and Ghanaians that I can do everything. I’m very versatile and if you like we can do all the genres, everything. Dancehall, everything Gospel,” Wendy told Andy host of the Daybreak Hitz show.
When Andy Dosty asked her if she’d be rapping pretty soon, the Uber Driver singer answered in the affirmative, saying,” Why not, who knows?”
Wendy Shay is Known for songs like ‘Uber Driver’, ‘Psalm 35’, ‘Bedroom Commando’, ‘Stevie Wonder’, ‘Kut It’, ‘Masakra’, ‘Ghana Boys’ among other chart-topping singles.
She’s currently on a media tour promoting her new song ‘Emergency’ featuring budding musician Bosom P-Yung.
